Undo Issues
I keep hitting undo (Command Z) and it ends up undoing 2-3 edits rather than the edit I just made. So I’ll hit undo and it’ll reverse several things across multiple paragraphs, making it impossible to use. It would be nice if the undo shortcut only reversed the most recent edit or change.

I agree, and I think that the issue is that the undo undoes everything done in a certain time frame. This is disasterous for me, who tends to move around in the text—I have undone things I didn’t even see get undone multiple times.
