How great would it be if it would read to us so we could hear how it sounds? I could listen to the chapter I just wrote while working out.

Couldn’t agree more. Listening to the text helps me weed out issues that I miss reading over it too many times. It also helps me identify problems with tempo or flow of dialogue.

Commenting to boost this old post, this is one of my most sought after features. I constantly copy and paste my chapters into Natural Reader to listen back whilst on drives like a podcast

Absolutely, I’ve been using a webpage reader plugin on firefox for this however it’s annoying to have to skip over stuff. So I don’t have it reading my scene descriptions at the top of the page before the actual writing. I find it vital for dialog sometimes that line sounds better in your head than it does when spoken. Other times it’s not awkward enough.
