I would really like this feature too. I cant always come up with good names at first. I also tend to rework names of characters and places when I get further into the story.

It’s wild that this isn’t a standard feature. The entire purpose of LLMs is automation of menial tasks and Global Search/Replace is a mechanical function standard to all word processors without any pretensions to AI.
AFAIK, the current Search/Replace only works inside a single document. Any time I change a name, I have to spend a half hour using my browser’s “Find” feature to manually dig though every document inside a project, which ALSO involves opening every document in a project to do so.
