The new outline update is very useful! Maybe in the future, if the chapters would automatically update in number when changing them around, so you would not have to go back and re-number, would be helpful. Thanks!
yes automatic renumbering would be a massive benefit and surely an easy one to code in? I’m just inserting a new Chapter 4 outline in a 50 chapter book and this absence is very frustrating!

Yes I agree I would love this feature (was just coming on here to suggest it). I think it definitely matches how you write. I have started with a solid outline of 22 chapters, but as I write them and my story develops i want to add in new chapters as the plot twists and turns. having to renumber my chapters all the time is very frustrating - might be simpler to just have a number box and a chapter title - that way its not called Chapter 1 - The dawn of time. just “The dawn of time” is in chapter one box, if you move it down to the second box it just becomes chapter 2. thank you so much!
