FYI you folders could be great, but not yet. When you create a Folder, it doesn’t allow you to create a Document ‘inside’ the folder. So you can add content.
You can create a new project within a folder by clicking the new button. That takes you into new project, but if you go back to the folder, you’ll see it there!

If I understand you right, that is how it works: When you create a folder, and open it up, just click New in the upper left and select Project. You’ll be dropped into that project, but the project was created and lives inside the folder it was created in. You can verify by going back to your homepage and clicking back into the parent folder.
