Disable Floating Menus

Can you create a feature to disable the floating menu (e.g., My Voice) that appears under the cursor when selecting text?

It's making it difficult to properly copy and paste, as it sometimes gets in the way.

    Option to disable or customize the text selection hover menu

    Would it be possible to disable or customize the hover menu that appears when text is selected?

    Specifically to remove or reposition My Voice, which feels a bit intrusive for some workflows.

      This gets in my way a lot. My screen freezes and I then refresh, reorient and waste time. It is very frustrating.
