Hello!

I bought two million credits, used about 500,000, and the rest disappeared — I don't quite understand why. If you want to improve your product, I suggest not deleting the credits, but adding them to the purchased ones.

    It seems you're on a subscription plan where credits expire at the end of each subscribed month, refreshing with a new set of credits every month.

    If you brought premium credits, which are those extra credits that you can buy. To be able to use them, you must remain a subscriber.
