credit usage and refresh date
I would very much like to know when my credits fill up without having to check the date on which my subscription expires sometime next year. I am often out of credits, whenever I have time to write I use them up even if it’s on dumb stuff, because I don’t want to run out and waste them.
Even when I am not yet out of credits - the overview should just show the date on which it gets filled up again. I have a full time job and I’m a full time parent, and there are other things that need doing when you have a life, I don’t always have time to write on a regular basis. Sometimes it’s just bursts on a rainy weekend, sometimes I can’t make time at all.
Obviously I would also like credits to roll over for people with annual subscriptions. People already paid for a year in advance, it’s not like you would lose a whole bunch of income by letting them keep the credits they haven’t spent.
I would also like to know what things have cost me in credits, reaching long back than the 10 or so last transactions. There should be a list for the last month, or maybe three.
TLDR, please make credit use a little more transparent. Tell us what they went out for over a longer time period. Tell us when we’re getting more.
And if you happen to like your customers, maybe consider credit roll-over for annual subs.
Thank you :)

I agree with transparency on the refreshed credits. I also cut it close to the end of the month and try to use those credits in “testing” projects so I do not lose them. Three times this year they were refreshed a day earlier than the stated refresh date, causing me to lose those credits for the month. And on months that I do actually get them used before they expire, they do not refresh on time either, sometimes a few days later. I wish they would just stick with the stated times/dates of the refresh or just let those unused credits roll over. The way it’s set up now is kind of fishy. And yes, I have reached out to support and it’s currently in limbo after losing ALL my November credits by a day early refresh. D’oh!

Did you know you can hover over Show Recent Activity in your Settings to see when your credits expire/refresh?
Your other feature requests are noted though! In the meantime, if you need more than the last dozen or so activities you can reach out to our support team at hi@sudowrite.com and they can manually pull a more complete monthly activity history for you.

Well, that would be great, but it doesn't do that for me… :(
EDIT, thought it might be my browser (using Opera), so I tested Edge (UGH!) and hovering also doesn’t do anything on that one. If that worked, I’d be happy, though.
Also - need is such a strong word. I don't really need it enough to bother anyone for it.
