Chatting with Sudowrite

It would be nice to be able to chat with Sudowrite about Sudowrite features. At the very least, if we ask it a question about its own features that it can’t answer, could we please not lose credits in the process?

Today I asked this question in chat:

If I highlight text, choose "rewrite", and then "customize", what is the word/character limit for specific instructions I can give you?

To which Sudowrite replied:

I don’t have access to the exact word or character limits for the “customize” field when using Rewrite. For accurate and up-to-date information, please check the Sudowrite documentation or reach out to their support team.

And it cost me 4,458 credits for that!! 😢

    You can switch your Chat between “Higher Quality” and “Standard.” Standard is free to use as long as you have an active subscription and still credits available.

    I’m not really happy with how the system works as it’s not transparent at all what caused such a simple request to blow up like that, but I would highly recommend to only use Higher Quality when you have a question that needs a lot of context or where you need a very thorough answer.
